The Salt House Co. was created by two local women who share a love of beautiful spaces, thoughtful details and creating positive experiences for others.
Our backgrounds may be different, but the values we've carried throughout our careers are remarkably similar: attention to detail, genuine connection, presentation and exceptional service.
Laura's career in the hair and beauty industry has been built around people. Over two decades of working closely with clients has shaped her belief that the little details matter, that trust is earned and that great service should always feel personal.
Elise's background in aviation and holiday accommodation has brought a different perspective; one shaped by hospitality, organisation, property presentation and the high standards that come with creating memorable guest experiences.
Together, those experiences have become the foundation of The Salt House Co.
